At the Motor Show in Frankfurt Lotus Exige sports car presented updated in two versions – the “charged” and rally, which received the name of S and R-GT, respectively.

Sports car also has a stabilization system with three modes, including the option, when the electronics is completely disabled. If you order the sports package Race Pack for them to add a fourth, a racing mode, and quick-start system will place a Launch Control and track suspension settings.

Exige S will be offered with two packages of options, called the Premium and Premium Sport, suggesting different options for interior decoration. The first of them, according to representatives of the “Lotus”, includes more equipment that enhances passenger comfort, while the second focused on sporty style.

Coupe Lotus Exige R-GT ready to participate in the Championship FIA Rally Championship on asphalt Monte Carlo Rally, the Tour de Corse and San Remo. The car is equipped with the same 3.5-liter “six” as the road car (but appeared at the inlet restrictor), upgraded transmission, safety cage, additional headlights, as well as further elaborated brakes and suspension migrated.
