Article 1 of Commission is responsible for defining of imported cars Tariff

 According to Khabar Khodro, the automotive association believes should not to vast the tasks of the car pricing committee, said secretary of the association of automakers.

Based on import and export rules and administrative regulation, the commission is bound to determine a percentage of commercial profits for the goods tariff, noted Ahmad Ne’emat to Khabar Khodro reporter.

Style sheet the consumer protection organization has provided lead to vesting the tasks of the car pricing committee. So the car pricing committee to address issues such as vehicle pricing and issues such as sale and after sale services and defining car import tariff has expanded the tasks of the committee. While based on Council vehicle policy, regulation of sale and after sale services has been compilated independently and is running at now, he added.

The automotives association has forwarding its expertise about the Style sheet to the consumer and producer rights protection organization and had been wanted to added just one clause and that is that the person who will receive new price authority from pricing committee should be bound to running the sale and after sale services regulation of the council car policy, he remarked. 

The car should be priced on the sidelines of the market in accordance with economy council resolution, said secretary of the automotive association.

Pricing Committee members will be attended a meeting soon and we hope to convince that pricing committee takes just their responsibility for pricing, noted Ne’emat.
