Design and construction of the 500 units Fixture in Saipa’s industrial large molds company

Alongside making these Fixtures (control measure), training and transfer of the technology to more than 15 Iranian companies in the content of the Fixture is another achievement of IHDM engineers.

Saipa’s industrial large molds company has more than 10 projects includes up 500 units Fixture for internal and external consumers such as fixture building for four- doors  Pride, Pride 141, L90 and Saipa 132.

Saipa’s industrial large molds company has designed and built 3 Fixture units for Renault Clio 2 of Renault Company, 9 units for Turkish Joshkonous firm and 316 units Tiba for Saipa Company.

Favorable quality of this company’s products is the most reason for receiving orders from foreign companies such as France Renault and Turkish Joshkonous. Production costs in less time caused to more confidence by all internal and external consumers. .

This achievement as a kind of national pride is that all needed tools for the automotive industry should have been built by European or East Asia before localization of Fixture industry in Saipa’s industrial large molds company. But now external companies have order for Fixtures.
