2013 Kia Cee’d new official images released

 The South Korean based automaker Kia has recently released more official images with the new generation of the Cee’d hatchback.

After being officially presented to the public at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show, along with the Station Wagon version, the new generation of the Kia Cee’d is once again placed into the spotlights, this time with the help of new official images. The 2013 Kia Cee’d is coming with both interior and exterior updates, more powerful engines and more features added to the cabin. When compared to the current version, the new Kia Cee’d is 10 mm lower and 50 mm longer, while the body is 10 mm narrower and the track is 17 mm wider at the front and 32 mm wider at the rear.

The 2013 Kia Cee’d is coming with safety features such as six airbags, ESP, Vehicle Stability Management (VSM), Emergency Stop Signal (ESS), Hill Assist Control (HAC), Parallel Park Assist System (PPAS) and ABS with BAS. The front fascia on the new Kia Cee’d is fitted with LED daytime running lights, which are mandatory on new cars in the European Union, and its front bumper is also including fog lights, while the hood has been modified and the taillights have been redesigned, along with the rear bumper. The cargo room on the new Kia Cee’d has also increased by 40 liters for a total of 380 liters, along with the leg room, head room and shoulder room. The new Cee’d will arrive in European showrooms in mid-2012 and it will soon be followed by the Pro Cee’d and the Cee’d SW.
