“According to the assertions of The Supreme Leader on paying special attention of the managers of industries to product quality, the responsibility of the managers of industries about improving the procedure of optimizing the products has, certainly, increased,” said Deputy Manager of Quality Assurance of Pars Khodro Company mentioning the naming of the year.
According to khabar khodro, Ostad Rahimi mentioned the admirable experience of Pars Khodro Company among its other local competitors and said: Our Company owes his historic success to the beliefs of all its staff and senior managers to the principles of quality, following them in any condition, using skilled managers and experts in all fields, using well-trained and professional employees and finally benefiting the world’s most organized and modern vehicle systems.
“This company has managed to localize Renault SPR and Nissan NPW systems in order to promote the quality of its products”, he added. “Our company has successfully overcome its information needs through IT systems parallel to benefiting from is production line at all levels.”
He also mentioned the MES system and considered its use as a good way through which the information of production process in the supply chain can be reported to managers in order for making proper decisions.
Talking about the importance of using the world’s most up-to-date hardware technologies in automotive industry and the necessity of updating in production-related systems and investing in its infrastructures, he recognized his company as one of those automakers which has used modern robots in some production parts (i.e. paint shops and assembly lines), which cannot be operated by workers. He also noted that these robots have several advantages such as accelerating the production and improving the quality of products.
He further noted that the work of active expert resources in the company on analyzing defects plays a significant role in improving the quality level of the products and has led Pars Khodro to be the most quality automaker of the country.
“All the above-mentioned factors have increased the identity of the products of Pars Khodro with foreign auto manufacturers’ quality products,” he said.
He considered the manufacturing of no-defect products as the perspective of this company and said: Substantiation of this issue requires the preparation of 4 to 5 years plans, which is summarized in manufacturing and delivering of flawless products.
He finally cited the accomplishments of Pars khodro in calendar year of 1390 (2011-2012) and said: Pars Khodro has succeeded in optimizing its flawless products to a large number and its results is evident in the table of quality of Iran Standard and Quality Inspection company (ISQI).
