2013 Kia Sorento – new details released

According to khabarkhodro ،The South Korean based automaker Kia has just released more details on the 2013 Sorento, and the model is expected to hit the market sometimes this year.

After starting its life back in June when the carmaker didn’t announce any info on it, the 2013 Kia Sorento is ending up in our news once more, this time with the company releasing some interesting facts on the SUV. According to the car manufacturer, the 2013 Kia Sorento will be available on the Old Continent with a choice of three engines, and all of them will be mated to six-speed manual transmissions as standard or with optional six-speed automatic gearboxes.

The first unit to be offered will be the 2.0 liter diesel, producing 148 HP (150 PS / 110 kW), and this will be soon followed by a larger 2.2 liter turbodiesel R, generating 195 HP (198 PS / 145 kW), along with a 2.4 liter GDI petrol unit, with direct injection, developing a total output of 194 HP (197 PS / 144 kW). In international markets, the 2013 Kia Sorento will be sold with the same petrol engines as before, the 172 HP 2.4L MPI and the 276 HP 3.5L V6. More details on the 2013 Kia Sorento will be announced later on, this year.
