New Toyota Auris going to the UK after Paris debut

According to khabarkhodro ،The new generation of the Toyota Auris will be launched in the United Kingdom after it will be officially presented to the public at the 2012 Paris Motor Show next month.

According to the Japanese based automaker, the future rival of the Volkswagen Golf and Ford Focus, the new Toyota Auris, will arrive in the United Kingdom early next year, after it will be officially presented to the public next month, during the 2012 Paris Motor Show. The Toyota Auris will also be produced in the United Kingdom, at the company’s Burnaston plant in Derbyshire.

Toyota says that the base version of the new Toyota Auris generation will get a 1.3 liter petrol engine, while a 1.6 liter petrol will also be available, along with a 1.4 liter diesel. The Auris Hybrid is expected to get a 1.8 liter petrol engine and an electric motor, along with a nickel-metal hybrid battery setup. The new Toyota Auris will be 4,275 mm long, 1,760 mm wide and 1,460 mm high, and it’s 30 mm longer and 55 mm lower than the model it replaces.
