Mazda6 Coupe and MPS version might hit the market soon

According to khabar khodro، The Japanese based automaker Mazda is planning to release a coupe version of the new Mazda6 generation, along with an MPS variant of the model.

After it was officially presented to the public just a couple of months ago, the new generation of the Mazda6 is entering our news once again, this time with a rumor which is saying that the company might develop a coupe version of the model. Besides the new Mazda6 Coupe, an MPS variant is also considered which should take the power of the model to a whole new level. The new Mazda6 Coupe will be a direct rival for models like the Audi A5 and if the MPS version hits the market, this might even rival with the RS5.

Additional details on the Mazda6 Coupe and on the MPS are limited for the moment but as a quick reminder, the new generation of the Mazda6 is coming with a choice of two petrol engines in Russia, the SkyActiv-G 2.0 liter with 148 HP (150 PS / 110 kW) and 210 Nm of torque (155 lb-ft), along with the larger SkyActiv-G with 2.5 liter, developing a total output of 189 HP (192 PS / 141 kW) and 256 Nm of torque (189 lb-ft). The 2013 Mazda6 has a Kodo design language, a signature wing grille and LED infused headlights.
