2013 Dodge Challenger R/T Redline Set For 2013 Chicago Auto Show

According to khabar khodro ،The 2013 Dodge Challenger R/T Redline, which spices up the Challenger R/T and R/T Plus models, will debut at the 2013 Chicago Auto Show. It will arrive in showrooms in April.

The base 2013 Dodge Challenger R/T Redline starts at $32,985, including a $995 destination charge. The price reflects a $4,695 premium over the base 2013 Dodge Challenger SXT and a $1,995 premium over the base 2013 Dodge Challenger R/T.

The uplevel 2013 Dodge Challenger R/T Redline, which is spun off the Challenger R/T Plus, starts at $34,985, including shipping.

The Challenger R/T Redline gets a standard 375-horsepower 5.7-liter Hemi V8 engine linked to a Tremec six-speed manual transmission. A five-speed automatic transmission is optional.

Exterior touches include body-side stripes and 20-inch black chrome wheels with red accents. Four exterior colors include Billet Silver, Granite Crystal, Bright White and Pitch Black. The cabin gets a Dark Slate Gray interior with Dark Slate Gray performance seats or Napa leather performance seats in Radar Red or Dark Slate Gray.

Automatic transmission models feature bright pedals, a Mopar T-Handle shifter and remote start.

The Challenger R/T Redline also gets a performance-tuned suspension.

The uplevel Challenger R/T Redline adds such items as heated front seats, six Boston Acoustics premium speakers, ParkSense rear park assist, power heated mirrors and a vehicle security alarm.

Chrysler said the Challenger R/T Redline builds on the success of the Challenger Rallye Redline that arrived in 2012.
