While engine specs haven’t been announced it should make close to 173-hp and 154 lb-ft of torque, which is the rating the same engine gets in the 2014 Kia Forte. Also look for a fuel economy improvement beyond the 22 mpg city and 29 mpg highway rating in the current crossover.
A final feature is the brand’s Flex Steer manually adjustable steering settings that lets the driver choose from three modes: Normal, Comfort and Sport.
