Accomplishing new guarantee services in Isaco

According to Khabar Khodro, new guarantee services system has commenced in sales and after sale services dealerships of Iran Khodro Industrial Group in order to satisfy costumers.

CEO of Isaco in joint meeting of Iran Khodro and Sapco managers said, “With emphasis of Iran Khodro Industrial Group senior manager, well performing systems targeted in costumers’ satisfaction is of most important priorities in Isaco as costumers have a key role in value chain of Iran Khodro Industrial Group.”

Ali Namakin admitted, “Thought, performance and investments of dealerships should be allocated to offer best services to costumers of Iran Khodro Industrial Group so they would not be worry about fees or parts changing in guarantee system.”

In this session, Kianoush Pour Mojib, quality Vice Chancellor in Iran Khodro said, “This project is among the best activities done in after services and dealers circle in recent years and in case of well accomplishment will result in high revenues for all beneficiaries.”

At the end, Shahriyar Solatni, technical and engineering Vice Chancellor in Isaco said, “The goal of accomplishing this system is to Facilitate guarantee process for dealers, parts makers and finally improving costumers’ satisfaction.”

It is to say that, at the end of this session the managers and experts have studied the results of testing this plan and analyzed the available feedbacks and offers. They also identified new solutions in order to improve the plan.
