According to Khabar Khodro, training manager in Saipa Yadak has announced the Successful training periods for children of Saipa employees and a lot of interest toward offered topics in these periods.
Iraj Hoseini Pajouh said, “Management of training in Saipa Yadak started training, scientific and recreation periods for children of Saipa employees in order to developing training periods, acquainting them with parents’ workplace, teaching them the process of producing Saipa cars and familiarizing car history and old and modern technologies.”
He added, “Employees of Saipa Yadak, Saipa, Zamyad, research center of Saipa, Saipa Diesel and Rena have most of the share for joining their children to these trainings.”
Hoseini Pajouh told, “These training periods have been accomplished according to understandings of different age ranges and in form of 1, 2 or 3 days.”
He admitted, “Topics taught in these periods include cars’ introduction, automotive technology at different levels, passenger and driver safety performance, the overall performance of vehicles and fixed structure of all cars. In addition to these topics, recognizing cars’ parts with live stands, parts and cut cars, films and multimedia available in training management have also been used.”
Hoseini Pajouh remarked, “In order to accomplish this scientific – educational periods, training manager in Saipa Yadak has equipped its workshops with training stands of different cut cars of Saipa which faced good reactions.”
He also admired cooperation of Pars Khodro Company in accomplishing these periods.
