According to Khabar Khodro, Saipa has done many studies and investments in order to make Foolad Mobarake Isfahan Company as its local producer of vehicles’ sheet metal. Production lines of Saipa have also cooperated well with this company although still there is more cooperation to do for quality making.
Fereydoun Kiyani said, “Always there have been close relationship between Saipa and Foolad Mobarake. Considering capabilities in this company as biggest steel sheet maker in Iran there are many possibilities to improve its operations.”
He added, “Foolad Mobarake is known as the only local supplier of vehicles’ sheet metal for Saipa.”
Saipa previously has supplied its needed body sheets from foreign markets but in order to advancing national goals and economic self-sufficiency and considering international sanctions and limitations in exchange transfers, in the middle of 1390 the idea of industrial production of these sheets was offered to Foolad Mobarake. The company has achieved to produce them after a lot of studies and cooperation of Saipa.
Trading assistant in Saipa told, “Saipa has done many studies and investments in order to make Foolad Mobarake Isfahan Company as its local producer of vehicles’ sheet metal. Production lines of Saipa have also cooperated well with this company although still there is more cooperation to do for quality making.”
Kiyani remarked, “Many problems due to sanctions, limitations in exchange transfers and along with non-cooperation of foreign suppliers have result in investments for maximum using of inside capabilities. Now we are trying to make it possible to buy and use same products in Iran instead of using foreign products in order to make more jobs in country and prevent any pauses in production chain of local productions.”
He admitted, “Supporting local productions is an issue that always should be considered as a key factor in supply. Therefore, we have new determined plans that are operating, for instance, the project of completing heating and cooling products with high strength and three – sided project with company of car plates could be mentioned.”
Finally he reiterated, “We should answer to the job requirements of our children by trying to reducing exchange exit from country and increasing the use of local productions.”
