Mazda Yadak is trying to a gain 75 percent market share of after sales services

According to Khabar Khodro, the conference of sales and after sales services representatives from Bahman Motor and Mazda Yadak has been hold in Olympic Hotel with presence of CEO of Bahman Group, representatives of FAW and engineers of subsidiary companies of Bahman Group.

According to the reporter of Khabar Khodro, the CEO of Bahman Group announced that the most important goal of this group is diversity of products and said, “Diversity of products in truck, SUV and passenger cars segment is among goals of Bahman Group, which has planned well for.”

Mohammadreza Soroush in this conference told, “Producing Capra truck is one of the results of focus on products’ localization, which should be appreciated.”

He reiterated, “We hope to be able to gain 75 percent of market share for Mazda Yadak with efforts of dealers. In addition, the 76 percent satisfaction of costumers from this company should be increased to 78 percent.”

He added, “With current process of production we should try more in communication with costumers in order to earn more market share.”

He admitted, “Now we have 25 percent market share for heavy duty vehicle, 72 percent for trucks and 16 percent for pickups of Bahman Group.”

He remarked, “Development and focus on heavy duty vehicles is among goals of Bahman Group for this year. Siba Motor and Bahman Diesel are responsible for the issue. Bahman Diesel would focus on diversity of trucks and for products of Siba Motor and FAW we are considering increase market share.”

Soroush added, “Now company has plans for importing products as CBU, which would be possible with assistance of dealerships and after sales services.”

Finally, he said, “We should make a condition in which efforts of all dealers are respected.”
