Focus on profit of after sales services dealerships of Modiran Khodro

According to Khabar Khodro, the CEO of after sales services of Modiran Khodro said, “In such a condition that quality and the useful life ofvehicles is increasing and on the other hand competition among automakers for launching new products have resulted in decrease of salesmargin of automakers, international automakers has a special view toward after sales services.”

Radin Peymanfar in an interview with Khabar Khodro’s reporter told, “Now more than 50 percent of automakers’ profits in developed countries are in after sales services, which shows importance of after sales services and necessity of working in this segment.”

He added, “Now the most important approach of Modiran Khodro is to improve the position of after sales services and guarantee in country.”

He remarked, “Lowprofit margins in after sales services have resulted in reduction of investments in this segment.”

He admitted, “According to recent studies, forecasts show that only in Middle East the value of after sales services from 2010 to 2015 would be four folded and would reach 28 milliard euros.”
