Complex auto industry cannot be managed by simple methods and looks

According to Khabar Khodro, the CEO of Bahman Group in fourth meeting of parliamentarians and industrialists of automotive field, which was hold by Khabar Khodro news agency said, "For harmonious development in auto industry we should  review the dominant policies and approaches in this industry."

In this meeting, which was hold with presence of some automakers' managers and representatives of Parliament, Muhammad Reza Soroush told, "It seems that auto industry needs review for policies and approaches."

He added, "Now auto making in Iran has reached good records for production but is mechanism of fuel production developed as well?"

He remarked, "Now auto industry is known as a complex one because of used technologies, high financial value, wide change rates and social communications. So, a complex industry should be managed according to its complexities and it cannot be managed by simple methods and looks."

He admitted, "However, with all efforts and difficulties auto industry in country has reached good results, which we should try to save."

Soroush added, "Today with efforts in auto industry and good records in this segment it is necessary to have harmonious development plans and appropriate for other segments in order to benefit all beneficiaries."

He said, "Unfortunately, as the result of limitation in auto industry because of wrong policies in recent years most of the beneficiaries in this industry are worried and disturbed."

He told, "Now share holders, who are original beneficiaries of organizations, are mainly affected by activities in auto industry. Parts makers, bank network and costumers all complain about these activities."

He remarked, "It seems that there is more need to thinking and focus on evaluating results and performances in auto industry."
