40 percent growth of parts' sales in Isaco dealerships

According to Khabar Khodro, the CEO of Isaco has announced that the growth rate of costumers' satisfaction indicator in first quarter of this year was 775 combined and told, "Usually, the growth rate of costumers' satisfaction indicator is evaluated annually, which naturally needs the statistics of first half of this year."

Ali Namakin in an interview with Khabar Khodro's reporter said, "However, number 775 among local automakers is first place of costumers' satisfaction and basically when the number is increased the growth will be more difficult."

He added that now Isaco has no limitation for offering parts and remarked, "Of course, there is possibility to occur problem for supplying some special parts but we try to solve this with emergency system."

He also explained that now 55 percent of Isaco dealerships are placed in first place and admitted, "Now, we do not have any dealership in fourth place and third placed ones are also reduced to minimum but we have planned not to have dealerships in third place by next year."

Namakin has announced that sales of parts have increased 40 percent and said, "With production increase of Iran Khodro in this year the market share of parts have been increased, too as now market share of Isaco parts is increased 7 to 8 percent."

He added, "If there is lack in supplying one part there would emerge free market for it so we have planned to supply enough parts especially for new vehicles."
