The necessity of transferring from traditional look to scientific look in after sales services of vehicles

According to Khabar Khodro, the CEO of Saipa Yadak Company said, “It is expected that we see more improvements in after sales services of vehicles in country with evaluations of ISQI and its reports about the issue.”

According to the reporter of Khabar Khodro, engineer Vahidzade in the congress of evaluating after sales services in auto industry of Iran told, “Negligence, megalomania and superiority look in after sales services sector would result in errors and being criticized by consumers and costumers.”

He admitted, “Today’s evaluations in after sales services detect weak points of companies and affirm in improving and solving them along with announcing strengths of this sector that should be improved too.”

He added, “Although there are some faults in auto industry and after sales services but unkind actions toward it are thinkable while auto industry is the second one after oil industry that faces sanctions. It has the highest amount of employment among industries and about 5 million people are active in it.”

He mentioned to the necessity of transferring from traditional look to scientific and technologic look in after sales services of vehicles and remarked, “We should try more in order to achieve new technologies in after sales services but any unilateral evaluation and criticism in this division is not correct.”

He remarked that costumer caring is among important factors in after sales services and reiterated, “Costumer is our benefactor and his satisfaction is our basic criterion and we should consider their demands.”

“Prophecy of companies in after sales services is satisfaction of costumers. Basically, today the competitive advantage of automakers is in after sales services so paying attention to its development would help companies to live for a long time.”
