Business improves in Saipa

According to Khabar Khodro, Dr. Mahdi Jalali the CEO of Saipa Auto Group has visited Tiba Industrial Group.

During this visit, the CEO of Saipa mentioned to the existence of innovative and capable human forces in companies of this group and said, “All officials and decision makers in this group should consider the affairs of employees more carefully.”

He added, “With more efforts, we would pass the current rough condition.”

He told, “The most basic activity in Saipa Auto Group is production and we would move in correct direction with investment and good consideration.”

He mentioned that the basis for management is accurate decisions and remarked, “We should always move toward improving companies since overlooking the issue is a management fault that would have harmful effects on group.”

He admitted, “Now companies of our group have good capabilities and we should try to improve them in best way with knowing strength points and harms.”

He reiterated, “We should turn into new businesses in products and services in order to have effective activities toward costumer caring.”

Jalali admitted, “There is done good activities for increasing quality of current products along with product development and diversity in portfolio and different groups of quality and efficiency in all divisions of company are showing their positive results.”

He explained that costumers are important in competitive market and added, “Costumer caring should be considered by all managers and they should try to answer costumers’ needs as main beneficiaries of companies.”
