Offering innovative services of Saipa Yadak in order to satisfy costumers

According to Khabar Khodro, the CEO of Saipa Yadak said, “On time supply of parts, speed in offering services and satisfying costumers are among the most important plans of Saipa Yadak and we expect that applying them have effect in reducing costs, widening new services and improving goals of Saipa Auto Group.”

Mustafa Vahidzade in an interview with Khabar Khodro’s reporter told, “Saipa Yadak is trying to use new ways of offering services along with qualitative growth and diversity in vehicles in order to offer better services and satisfy customers and move effectively in quality and quantity improvement of services.”

He added, “Offering innovative services plans would satisfy people in addition to provide a good market for selling parts of Saipa vehicles.”

He admitted, “With introducing different service packs as Orange Card, Saipa Yadak is trying to add new and more services in Orange Cards.”

He remarked, “Considering the existence of 6 million vehicles of Saipa in roads of Iran, we are willing to satisfy customers with introducing especial services as market development is possible with their satisfaction.”

He reiterated, “However, in these plans we follow cost reduction approaches along with the goal of increasing costumers’ satisfaction.”

He mentioned to the professionalization process in after sales services of Saipa and added, “in order to professionalize services we opened central workshop number 4 for new Changan and Cerato vehicles along with professionalcenter of automatic gearbox.”

Vahidzade admitted, “Professionalizing services makes bed for offering better services along with encouraging costumers.”

He mentioned to the guarantee of all Saipa parts as another action of Saipa Yadak in this year and said, “In this plan, when costumers refer to one of the workshops or buy a part from dealerships that part would have one year guarantee of Saipa Yadak Company with no condition.”
