Increasing services to customers in form of Saipa Gold Card

According to Khabar Khodro, the CEO of Saipa Yadak along with unveiling of Saipa Gold Card said, “New service of Saipa Yadak in form of Gold Card is the result of experiences of at least three generation of service cards and we expect that with launch of Gold Card some capabilities in offering services to customers to be increased.”

Mustafa Vahidzade during exhibitionof capabilities in Iranautomotive industry in an interview with Khabar Khodro’s reporter told, “High quality services with affordable price from dealers’ network in whole country, taking standard and original parts, guarantee and body insurance, theft warranty, emergency services and periodical and supplementary services are among the most important features of Saipa Gold Card that would be offered for Saipa customers.”

He added, “All owners of Saipa products can refer to 600 dealerships of Saipa Yadak in whole country and regional and central offices to buy Saipa Gold Card and use one year guarantee for all parts that need replacement.”

He remarked, “Modern ways of services such as Saipa Gold Card in order to offer better services and satisfy customers are among plans of Saipa Yadak for next year and we hope that in year 95 to be able to move forward in quality and quantity growth.”

He mentioned to the opening of professional center for automatic transmission and reiterated, “Opening of professional center for automatic transmission of Saipa in order to specializing services, offering parts and developing service centers and repair shops and increasing number of central workshops in cities are among plans and goals of Saipa Yadak, which are somehow applied now.”

He also announced the plan of parts’ authenticity of Saipa and admitted, “This action has prevented entry of some fake parts to distribution system of after sales services but still we need more observation in some segments.”

He also mentioned to the plan of Nowrouz services of Saipa Yadak and added, “Plan of Nowrouz services of Saipa Yadak would start from Esfand 26^th until Farvardin 14^th and during this period all dealerships of Saipa Yadak in whole country are ready to offer services to customers.”
