According to Khabar Khodro, authorized dealership of Nissan in Iran once again has achieved first score of costumers’ survey based on report of ISQI.
Amiri, deputy of sales and after sales services of Nissan dealership in Iran said, "Based on latest report of ISQI, Jahan Novin Aria Company, authorized dealership of Nissan in Iran for third consecutive time has achieved first place of costumers’ satisfaction for product sells among other manufacturers and importers of auto industry.”
In the report published by ISQI, 15 manufacturers and importers were evaluated.
Amir Hasan Amiri added, "Jahan Novin Aria Company in reports of ISQI in second and third quarter of year 96 has also achieved the first place of costumers’ satisfaction. According to latest report of this institute, Jahan Novin Aria Company has achieved 793 scores from 1000 to gain highest score on this evaluation.”
This evaluation is done in 4 segments including information and responsiveness, considering costumers’ demands, cost and time and vehicle delivery and Jahan Novin Aria Company has achieved first place in all 4 categories.
It is to say that this company has achieved highest score in information and responsiveness among other categories. The goal of Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade in sells is 750 scores and Jahan Novin Aria Company is the only company that fulfilled this goal.
