According to Khabar Khodro, after 7 days of start of Norouz services festival and in order to accomplish social duties, first responders of ISACO has offered services to 1343 vehicles that were not products of Iran Khodro, in cities and roads of Iran.
Sayyed Reza Hosseini, the CEO of ISACO announced the news and added, "The amount of offering services to the owners of vehicles from other automakers has increased 51 percent as compared to last year.”
He announced the services offered to 24834 units of vehicles from 26th of Esfand to 5th of Farvardin in roads and cities of our country and said, "73 percent of these services were in costumers’ place and 23 percent of them were sent to the workshop.”
He remarked that returning to dealerships and workshops in Norouz days were decreased as compared to last year and told, "Costumers’ increased usage of standard services of authorized dealerships before starting trips, has decreased the need of returning to workshops during holidays and 19172 units of vehicles were received guarantee and warrantee services overall.”
The CEO of ISACO reiterated, "Average wait time for offering services of Emdad Khodro Iran has reached to 24.49 minutes with 3 percent decrease, which is a new record in this segment. This reduced wait time is the result of targeted planning and in order to goals of Emdad Khodro Iran for smart services.”
He mentioned to the average time of repairs at about 1.2 day and its 32 percent decrease and said, "32 percent of service requests were made from outside the cities and in roads.”
Hosseini added, "Norouz services festival of Iran Khodro has started form 26th of Esfand and ends in 17th of Farvardin month. During this festival, 265 dealerships in one or two shifts and 122 authorized shops for selling spare parts of ISACO has offered services to people.”
It is to say that the company has sent emergency forces in addition to determined plans considering recent crisis conditions and flood in country, in order to help flooded people.
