Sayyed Reza Hosseini mentioned to the speaks of Iran Khodro’s CEO for offering new services and based on costumers needs and demands and said that it needs accurate information bases and added, "The most important activity in services network of Iran Khodro is creation and development of integrated intelligent information system that shows the way of offering good services to customers.”

He also announced that the reason of increased costumers’ satisfaction in ISACO is on time and enough information about costumers and told, "In recent years we were always in improvement process and the score of costumers’ satisfaction from ISACO was ascending. Now, different services are categorized and with definition of standard time for each, dealerships are obliged to follow this timeframe.”

He added, "If the time of offering services is increased, the intelligent system reports the issue and soon the troubleshooting would be done.”

He said, "If a vehicle refers to service network more than one time, it would be reported automatically and the vehicles would be reviewed and repaired specifically.”

He mentioned that reduced time of replying to costumers’ request is one of the improvements in offering services to them and admitted, "The average of repair time from acceptance to delivery is about 6 days, which is now about less than 2 days in ISACO.”

He said, "Iran Khodro is the only automaker that its costumers’ satisfaction indicator for after sales services has passed 750 scores.”

He remarked, "Now 6 million vehicles are covered by ISACO services that are offered by 710 dealerships in 350 cities.”

He reiterated, "Despite many challenges, we ended year 97 with good results and with determined plans for supply and distribution, this year we would prevent any problems, too.”
