According to Khabar Khodro, the CEO of ISACO has announced the replacement of new sources for supplying spare parts in sanctions conditions.
Sayyed Reza Hosseini announced the news and said, "With re-launch of sanctions, our efforts to on time supply of parts and standard spare parts and confront the fake parts’ market is increased.”
The CEO of Iran Khodro After Sales Services Company mentioned to the company’s wide network of services in whole country and difficulties in supply as the reason of sanctions and added, "We hope that with replacing new local and foreign sources and using different solutions to be able to answer the needs of after sales services in best way.”
He told, "there are some negotiations with some local manufacturers to supply their products with qualitative supervision if ISACO for launch in distribution network.”
He warned costumers about fake parts in market and admitted, "Customers can use ISACO app and enter code or scan the barcode of parts in order to be sure about their originality.”
He remarked, "the ‘don’t be mistaken’ campaign of ISACO in year 98 is based on informing and learning people about recognizing original parts from fake ones, which is offered to costumers by local advertising of in social media.”
He reiterated, "In offering services, people are willing to use services of Emded Khodro Iran and now most of its services is offered in costumers’ place with approved prices and high quality. He also mentioned to diverse capabilities of ISACO app such as turn rating and taking emergency services based on costumers’ situation and named it as one of the reasons of increasing costumers’ satisfaction.”
