According to Khabar Khodro, Iran Khodro After Sales Services Company in the year of “national production improvement” for the 10th consecutive year has achieved first place of this division with highest score among services companies.


According to Khabar Khodro, Iran Khodro After Sales Services Company in the year of "national production improvement” for the 10th consecutive year has achieved first place of this division with highest score among services companies.

According to evaluation results of ISQI for performance of after sales services companies in year 97, ISACO with 82.70 scores that is highest achieved score in this evaluation, for the 10th consecutive year has achieved first place among other companies.

Sayyed Reza Hosseini, the CEO of ISACO said, "In this period of evaluations 45 local and foreign automotive companies and totally, 2040 authorized dealerships were evaluated by ISQI and ISACO with about 800 dealerships across country was placed in first place.”

He added, "final score of after sales services for light duty vehicles in whole country was 71 and ISACO with 82.70 scores, which is about 12 scores higher, is placed in ‘very high conformity’ place.”

He told, "As the result of sanctions, 97 was one of the most critical years of our industry, but ISACO with considering to increase costumers satisfaction and more efforts was successful in all evaluation factors and this success was even seen in parts’ supply as the score of ISACO in this factor reached to 90.”

He admitted, "This growth is known as new milestone of Iran Khodro Industrial Group while as the result of stiffer indicators of evaluation and review of ISQI, every percentage of score increase in different divisions was a challenge for the company.”

He remarked, "The Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade accounts dealerships’ improvement as one of the basis of evaluation and announced in year 97 at least 35 percent of dealers of after sales services companies should improve to first score. Therefore, ISACO has made an improvement in after sales services network that 52 percent of its dealerships, about more than 350 dealerships in whole country, now has the first score.”

He reiterated, "We hope that with determined plans in Iran Khodro after sales services, which is combined with high tech and innovation and needs efforts and growth of colleagues, we would be able to improve the quality of services continuously and to have bigger milestones in increasing costumers’ satisfaction.”
