According to Khabar Khodro, the CEO of ISACO during the visit of the way of services in Iran Khodro Call Center asked people to stay at home in order to be safe in the days of spread of COVID-19 and enjoy non-presence services of this company.

Mahdi Moonesan, the CEO of ISACO said happy new year to people and added, "Iran Khodro After Sales Services Company is trying to offer best services with highest quality in costumers’ homes or places.”

He said, "The Company is trying to solve potential automotive problems of costumers without the need to refer to dealerships, using advanced infrastructures and technologies.

He remarked, "With all these efforts, if their problems could not be solved in their places, 130 standby authorized dealerships would accept their vehicles with following all health protocols in whole country.”

H admitted, "Iran Khodro After Sales Services Company would follow new service plans in order to satisfy costumers in the year of ‘Production Leap’.”

He mentioned to the warranty expiration date of products and reiterated, "The Company has extended the warranty of its vehicles to 2000 more kilometers of 1 month more in order to encourage owners of Iran Khodro products to stay at home during the days of COVID-19 spread.”

Shahram Salehi, the CEO of Emdad Khodro Iran said, "We have equipped our relief service teams to health items in order to offer healthy and secured services to customers.”

The CEO of Emdad Khodro Iran added, "Iran Khodro Call Center in different divisions with more than 300 experts in three shifts and 24 hours a day is offering cervices to costumers.”

He told, "In year 98, Iran Khodro Call Center has received more than 4 million calls.”

Salehi admitted, "In order to maintain and promote health of workforce in Iran Khodro Call Center during the days of COVID-19 spread, some of the workers are teleworking.”

He remarked, "Considering prepared infrastructures in Iran Khodro Call Center and teleworking of some experts, there is no problem in offering services to customers.”
