4 stars reputation certification for after sale services of Iran Khodro

According to Khabar Khodro, Isaco has managed to achieve 4 stars reputation certification in its first presence in evaluations of National Institute of Standards and Quality Association in Iran. This company just needed 4 more grades in order to achieve the bronze statue of quality.

Ali Namakin, the CEO of Isaco said, “Isaco, which had first place of after sale services and best level among companies that give after sale services in three consecutive years in its history, appeared in national quality award in line with other segments of Iran Khodro Industrial Group and has achieved 4 stars reputation certification.”

He added, “Considering achieved scores in national quality award process, Isaco among three best companies and for total years of holding this event, has achieved INQA award.”

The CEO of Isaco admitted, “National quality award in Iran is given according to results of operation evaluation of companies in design, production, sale and after sale services.”

Namakin added, “Criteria for evaluating institutes in national quality award in Iran is based on fundamental concepts and is focused on product quality management.”

Finally, he told, “In this evaluation, reputation certification is given to applicants that have achieved advancement in reputation for their products’ quality with good management. More stars in this certification indicate higher scores. Fortunately, Isaco has managed to achieve 4 stars reputation certification in this year’s evaluation, which is accounted as highest level of reputation.”
